Traditional Rice Cake (Ketupat) is a savoury rice cake wrapped in woven coconut leaves to form a casing. Nona Ketupat is pack in High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic bag. We just need to rinse rice packet, then boil with water covering rice packets for 60 minutes. Drain rice packet once expanded and cooked, dice into smaller pieces when cool. Ready for serving.
