| 1 | | Place water, evaporated
creamer and sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium fire. |
| 2 | | Sprinkle NONA AGAR-AGAR Powder
over it and whisk till it is well mixed, free from lumps and until sugar has dissolved.
Bring to boil and turn off fire. |

Add in almond essence and pour into a glass mould or into a deep baking tray.
Leave to set. |

almond pudding into cubes and serve them with lychees and maraschino cherries. |
