ALMOND & LYCHEE PUDDING

Ingredients 
NONA AGAR-AGAR POWDER (Colourless)2 packets (16g)
Rock Sugar150 gm
Water 800 ml
Evaporated Creamer160 ml
Almond essence1 Teaspoon
Lychees1 Can
Method 
1  Place water, evaporated creamer and sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium fire.
2  Sprinkle NONA AGAR-AGAR Powder over it and whisk till it is well mixed, free from lumps and until sugar has dissolved. Bring to boil and turn off fire.
3  Add in almond essence and pour into a glass mould or into a deep baking tray. Leave to set.
4 Cut almond pudding into cubes and serve them with lychees and maraschino cherries.
