PICKLED OLIVES FRIED RICE

Ingredients  
Nona oyster sauce 1 Tablespoons
Cooked rice 400g
Matahari oil for frying 50ml
Cashews - punched 3 Tablespoons
Dried shrimp 1 Tablespoons
Fish flesh - Cut into small pieces and crispy fried 150g
Pickled olives - sliced thin 5
White onions - blended 3
Red chili - cut into small pieces 1
Green chili - cut into small pieces 1
Coriander leaves  
Salt to taste  
   
Method  
1  Heat the oil and saute white onions. Then, add green chili, red chili, cashews, dried shrimp, fried fish and pickled olives.
2  After that, add in oyster sauce, salt and mix it evenly.
3  Before serve, scatter the coriander leaves.
